With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, organization strategy, business startups, marketing, sales, information systems and project management, Rochele Hirsch brings the capability to get new ideas off the ground and operating successfully.
Rochele holds degrees in physics and industrial and systems engineering. She was a manager and consultant with BellSouth for 15 years before beginning her independent consulting work. (See Client List)
Her interest in video conferencing was sparked in 1995 while working in Singapore. She found that the latest Tandberg equipment was as easy to use as a telephone, and priced right for most businesses. With her background in telecommunications and consulting, she saw video conferencing as an important tool for effective person-to-person communications and bottom-line performance.
She has also continued as a consultant in organizational change and leadership development. With the completion of her first book on Emotions in the Workplace, Rochele has launched a series of workshops and seminars on "Women, Anger and the Workplace," noting that "Anger is the natural feeling associated with expectations not met or boundaries crossed."
Rochele has brought together a network of Associates and suppliers to support the needs of her clients in Atlanta and around the world.
Rochele provides a rare combination of experience, futuring, right and left brained thinking, business development skills and energy that help her clients achieve their goals.
